In globalization era nowadays, industrialism and the grow of economic has so many positive and negative impact in our society. For that statement, the damaging of environment causes from industrialism activity and also from people its self.
I will explain my opinion and argument one by one. First, from industrialism aspect, many activity from factory produce waste that has bad impact in environment. The example is air pollution from factory smoke, water pollution from waste that discharged in to the river without any purification process and also ground pollution from waste that contain chemical compound that damaging the structure of soil. From mining activity also can cause the damaging in environment like waste problem, damaging the forest, damaging in ecosystem of flora and fauna, and also threat for endemic of any plant and animal that protect by government.
Second, from individual peoples it self. Some of people care with the environment and do every thing to save the earth from any damaging. But some of people still lack of awareness to the environment and don't care about environment around they. Example is the problem of household waste that some people still littering any place example in river. Another is people because need money for their income they do an activity that forbidden like deforest, fishing using bomb, and much more.
Third is, to save our earth its needed our awareness off all people to do everything that can save our earth. We must change our mind set that earth is ours together and we must save and care with our environment. Many way to solve this problem. We can make a community that care with environment to save our earth, encourage every individuals to join with every agenda like reforestation, clean the river, and much more. Beside that government must firmly of all form of abuse activities that threat sustainability our environment. Every waste from factory and also mining activity must in purification process first before throw it on the environment. Government should down or close every factory and mines that no have license and also do not obey with any rules and regulation that have been enacted. Government and also society must have awareness for using environmentally friendly product, recycle inorganic garbage and also develop the technology for reduce pollution in air, water and ground.
The last is for summary all of my opinions and arguments above, all aspect that causes damaging in our environment is from human activity. From individually its self and also from factory and mines activity as the result of globalization era. To solve this problem need all participation from every individually to save our earth with increasing awareness with how important our environment as place in where we all life by using environmentally friendly product, and do the activity without produce waste that causes damaging of our environment. From government side also must brave and firm to punish every people or company that violate the rules and causes the damaging of our environment in every aspect.

Modern market vs Traditional market
Discuss about this issue, I think this is one from many impact from globalization era. The consequence of this era is everything already grow up by technology and also people do everything with simple way to support their activity because in this era people must work professionally and respect with time. Modern market is one from another product that modified from people to make the activity of people today more simple and easy with comfortable condition and buying activity more fun. In Indonesia Giant, and Hypermart is two of example the biggest modern market.
In addition, many point of view i would explain in this article. First modern market has advantage to people now like more comfortable, easy in buy product with no bargain activity, more classified like has own spot for vegetables, spot for milk, spot of daily need and etc and make the customer more easy to find the product what they need. The disadvantage from this modern market is from the management businesses, because of modern market only have by one founder so its like monopoly in that market. People who work in that market only as employee and they paid by salary and the money circulation only from the market and the owner only.
Another opinion is, the indicator of advance country is the economic growth. One of the center of economic activity is on the market. Modern market only for high and middle people, but the traditional market, according to my opinion this is one of the center of economic activity for common people like farmer, and also middle and low class people. Usually in traditional market, the money circulation more separate in every element in society. Because this market is for all and every people who sell the product in this market is variate and the owner of this market is together. Government should concern for the development the traditional market because for decrease the number of poverty, government must increase the income of middle-low society by maximize the potential in traditional market as one way to make our economic grow fast.
An another opinion is, we can make the traditional market like modern market by making any regulation to support the growing economic in this country. To increase customer in traditional market, place and condition in traditional market must repair and make it comfortable also. Its for to change the mind set of common people now that think traditional market is dirty, not fresh, and uncomfortable. Government can rearrangement place in traditional market like build special place for meat and fish, a spot for vegetable seller,a spot for cloth and etc. Government also must build a building to accommodate the number of seller. So no people sell in forbidden area like in the road or in border of road for pedestrian. The aim of this is for make traditional market more comfortable and also with good sanitation cycle and also safety.
On the other hand , I think its must grow balancing between modern and traditional market because traditional and modern market is one from many factor that influence our economic growth. As we know especially in Indonesia still not balancing in development every province, to keep the sustainability of economic growth every province government should make those kind of market grow up together because only middle-high people can access the modern market. But middle-low people commonly still depend on traditional market activity to get income from economic activity.
The last for sum all of my opinions is, every kind of market has own advantages and also disadvantages. Commonly modern market only can access by middle-high people and traditional market by middle-low people. So government need to make both of this market grow up together and balance each other. Study or Find any Job ?? Depend on You !!
Some people believe that studying at University or College is the best route to a successful career, while others believe that it is better to get a job straight after school. Discuss both views and give your opinions.
In my perspective about that both of view, I think its gonna be right some times and also its can be wrong also. Its depend on what kind of job that people want to be success. I will give you my point of view about those opinion.
Both of those opinion talking about which better to be success people, study first or better find job first ? My first opinion is if that people want to find a job in government institution or industry company so almost all the job related on this area is need the requirement of education background. For example if you wanna be lecturer you must at least finish your post graduate program or your master degree. Or if you wanna be a researcher in research institution the requirement is you must finish your doctorate program. If you wanna be technical engineer also today you must have related certificate from study institution to show that you already know about any thing related on your job. Because those jobs need an advance knowledge and also specific skills that you only can learn in collage or any related study institution.
Second is, if people want to build their own business company, want to work in business company, or work in N'GO almost of related job on this area is need the experience requirement, personal skills rather than educational background. I will give you an example, in to be company CEO,BOD or head division you can be on that position if you already have work experience before with minimum times like at least has working in that area in 2 years, also with another requirement like personal skill but not related in educational background. All of job in this area need the willing of people to development their self, its mean company will see the personal development of every employee to work in their company. The personal development I mean here is about leadership skills, creativity, innovation, managing chance, managing time, experience, public speaking, how to interact with other people (customer) and others. All of this criteria can you develop by join in seminar, training, internship, or your organization experience. So all of this jobs do not need any requirement educational background.
Third is, too many spot or area that today we can learn now to improve our self. Like many institutional serve informal education, training center , company open the internship program and each other. Its also can be used to every people to develop their self to be professional and has high integrity in every job they have. I give you an example, to be a scientist not only must finish your doctorate degree first but look at Thomas Alva Edison or Albert Einstein, they drop out from their school but they can be scientist by study with their self and read a books. Other example is Steve Jobs the CEO of Apple company and Mark Zurkenberg the founder of Facebook also drop out from their study institution, but they have creativity and also willing to develop him their self to be a better person in future.
The last for sum all of my opinion is, both of view in this topic according to me is depend on what kind of job that people want and also the people its self. If they want to improve their self they can be a success person in every kind of job they want. Because there is no guarantee for rich higher education you will get precious career or great job and also too many example of people who drop out from their school but they get precious career because they have big motivation, want develop them self and also creatively.
The last thing is, every kind of job need our professionalism and our integrity, to be like that its depend on people its self. Higher education its not mean you already professional but people want to improve their self and have big willing it will be a great people.

The building reflected the culture of society
The topic for today is In the past, building reflected the culture of a society. But today all modern building look alike. How true do you think this is ?
According to me, I am agree with this motion that building reflected the culture of a society. From the past a hundred years ago until now human civilization already grow up and totality change a hundred percent now. If we looked society activity in past, they coexist and help each other. Building in the past only look like a ancient house that no have room. Just a whole empty room and people live in there as community. They live with team work and also live nomanden (move from one place to another place). From the architecture also building in the past look so simple, because the culture in that era is only focused how to survive in live with nomanden system for move to find new area that available and serve enough food for their community.
In the Greek and Rome era, the building more variation, many building build depend on the society needed and also the function of building it self. People in that era already stay in one area and try to grow and develop their own area for staying. The characteristic building in this era is many building built by great art and architecture, its mean in that era people already learn about sculpt, drawing, writing and also learn about art. People in this era live with own tradition to make every people in that place more united and also get entertain like they build an arena for gladiator war as a big event. They also built a place for people pray like church or any building related with religion function.
Why its become happened ??, why only with the building characteristic can reflected the culture of society ?. For answer it I will explain my argument about this topic. The building can reflected the culture of society because from the function of building we can now the activity of every people usually doing. Example sport hall it indicated if people in that era like sport, Every activities we it will be describe with the building that already build. In that era already build a church for christian people for pray, a statue as symbol and much more.
Modern building can describe how society look alike now, too much tower and also private building like apartment can indicated our society now is individualistic. We can looked now people life in their apartment, own house with high fence, and difficult for access. In my opinion why modern building look alike, its because first, we don't have enough spot for built any building or house now, we just can decorate and to grow the building just in inside building and grow up make the building more higher like tower or apartment. Second, many developer utilize this condition to open the business in property like they build an apartment, elite housing, simple housing, and other. Every people like to buy this house because it more simple than must build new house by their self because need a lot of money for build in now days. Third, today the art in building not see from the outside and what kind the shape of that building but common people now more interest with building that have good and interesting decoration in inside room or building. The mind set people now is how to make the limited space in a room to be comfortable for staying in there, to make it simple its needed the designer services. Now to many shape of building look alike, but totality different in inside room and its depend on taste of art every people, like we can make a atmosphere in a room like in beach, or like in a village, or anything people want by giving decoration in inside room.

Equal Number in Education
Talking about this motion, I am totality disagree with university should accept equal numbers of male and female students in every subject. For me every single person in this world have same access in education and free for choosing what major and university that they want. Base on that also every university can make the own criteria or requirement for every people who want join in university, its include also the regulation about how much quota available in that university. But if every university should accept equal number of male and female in every subject for me it will limit the human right of people for free to choose education and majoring what that they want.
On the other hand, in reality female and male has own characteristic in case of study. Example, the number of female mostly in majoring related in education (early childhood, primary school, art, and health (nurses). The number of male students mostly in majoring related in engineering, sport science, law, military and agriculture. This indicate that every major have specific criteria that student needed for study. Female don't like study in major mostly need physic skills like sport science, as well as male student don't like study in much using good feeling in practicum like in nurse and be a teacher in early childhood.
My next reason why I do disagree with this motion is because we cannot make equal number of male and female students in every subject, it will be hardly to achieve and also it will make our education system ambiguous. In my opinion,every university has own criteria what student look like than can be they student in collage. But that all not mean the number of male and female student must equal, during the student has the criteria and requirement to be their student every university must accommodate it until the quota that available fully by not consider how much ration between male and female student.
The last thing is, I can't catch up what the essential think why female and male student must equal in every subject. If this motion purpose to push the number of woman to continue in study I think this not the best decision that to be taken. If to increase the woman participation in every aspect in job career, I think this not the best solution also because every people have own human right for choose and pick what kind of job that related on their ability to be a professional worker. If we push people study in majoring that not suitable with their passion, it will be exacerbating because university produce people with not their own passion.
The conclusion for all my argument and opinion is we must respect to every human right that human have include the right for free choosing university and major that suitable with their passion because every people has different passion and we cannot push them to be what we want. Dota 2 ,, Killing my Time !!
Topic for today is talk about my hobbies. .
This motion really made me shy to explain because my hobby maybe really anti mainstream like commonly people usually doing like reading, watching, traveling or do their favorite sport. But my hobby is playing game on line, the name is Dota 2. I become addict with this game since I play this game in first year when I was in senior high school. Because of this game I become naughty boy, rarely for join in the class and stay in internet shop every day almost whole of the day.
That hobby still I do regularly but now I can control my time for playing this game. In a day I play this game around two hour per day. I really love and enjoy this game because it's can make me relax and also i can meet with my virtual friends in game. I have a community in game and the member is player Dota from whole the word, from this game also i learn much more about English and improve my speaking and writing skill although its not with grammatical and right tenses. From this game also I bravely and confidence to talk with English language even I know my English is not better.
I feel this game already made big impact to my self especially my English skills and my confidence to face with people and do conversation with English. In addition this game also have negative impact for my self especially when I in senior high school. I cant control my time and my study, some times I don't care with my study anymore and concern in play game. Most of my time when I was in Senior high school only for game and become individually people, I forgot how important to interaction with other people, why we need best friend and also I forgot my friend in game on line is not real and I cannot face them in the real world.

My Favorite TV Program

Hahaha, , , When I know this topic for our theme today, I just laugh for my self because I very rarely watching TV and never watch TV anymore since 1 month ago. I am living in my rent house in Bandung and I don't have TV here. But if talking about this, I do prefer watching TV in sport program that related in my hobby interest in sport, that is Foot Ball (Soccer).
I am a big foot ball fan, My favorite club is Real Madrid from Spain. I really love this club since I am in junior high school until now. I never miss every match of Real Madrid so I always watching the match. I am always watching via streaming only because I don't have TV here, some times I also watching together with my friend and he also a fan of Real Madrid and we watched in coffee shop or in check point Indomaret or people know it as rest area. I always watching Real Madrid match regularly at least one match per week. Depend on Real Madrid schedule in La Liga it will be held every weekend in Saturday or Sunday evening, Champion League 1 time in 2 weeks in Wednesday and Copa Del Rey 1 time in a month.

I always watch every match of Real Madrid in local Chanel of Indonesia as official broadcaster like in SCTV for champion league and RCTI for La Liga. When I watch streaming I usually use website rojadirecta.me because I can watch the match with standard resolution and not adsorb many packet data of internet and can watch in low connection internet.
For me, by watching foot ball especially my favorite team, will makes me relax and enjoy. If my team win, i feel like have an extra energy when I get up in the morning for doing any activities. When my team looses yea its like influence my moody in the morning but its not going too long just a moment. By watching foot ball match via streaming I do also improve my listening skill because the commentator using English language event hes speak too fast and difficult to me to catch up what did he said.
The negative side for this habitually is the match always held in the middle of night. So I always late for sleep and I late for get up in the morning. Some times the match also held in 3-5 pm and I don't sleep in whole night. But I already have solution for over come this problem. If the match held not in weekend better for me to sleep and get up in the morning and watch the highlight in YouTube and also read the news in Info Bola Detik.com.
As a student who live in rent house just this program I do usually watch regularly, In addition I also have dream to watch the Real Madrid match live in Santiago Barnebeu in Madrid Spain one day!! Ammiinn
